i'm not very good at cooking but i'm trying to learn so i don't have to subsist off pasta and soup for the rest of my life.
my recipes so far:
dishes suck and they’re 80% of the reason i don’t eat sometimes so here’s my advice.
basically just try to reuse dishes as much as possible (while still being hygienic ofc)
bc yeah there’ve been times where i wouldn’t eat anything (genuinely anything) bc the thought of having to wash all these dishes afterward felt like too much effort, but i found that using these (admittedly minor) ways of trying to reduce that workload helped, even just mentally – like oh there's only 7 dishes to wash instead of 10. i guess i'll eat today after all
maybe it’ll help someone else. sorry if you’re going through that though it really does suck
