the recipe says to bake for only 55 minutes but that's a LIE. you'll
need an hour At Least or else your cheesecake will be all liquidy :(
++ a word of advice for my fellow depressed bitches
dishes suck and they’re 80% of the reason i don’t eat sometimes so here’s
my advice.
if you have a half-open can of sauce, vegetables etc you can just
cover the top with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge, instead of
dirtying your tupperware. but make sure you don’t knock it over ‼️
on a related note you can also do this with meal leftovers, like
pasta, just put the rest in the bowl you originally ate out of and cover
it in plastic and put that in the fridge. and you don't have to wash
another bowl
if you’re already using a spoon to add seasoning and whatnot you can
also use that to eat 🤯
basically just try to reuse dishes as much as possible (while still being
hygienic ofc)
bc yeah there’ve been times where i wouldn’t eat anything (genuinely
anything) bc the thought of having to wash all these dishes
afterward felt like too much effort, but i found that using these
(admittedly minor) ways of trying to reduce that workload helped, even just
mentally – like oh there's only 7 dishes to wash instead of 10. i guess
i'll eat today after all
maybe it’ll help someone else. sorry if you’re going through that though
it really does suck
